Top Performer Profile

Overview

VAST Management Corp. is partnered with Taylor Protocols, Inc., and will facilitate a performance categorization process for the position(s) which your company is looking to fill. We’ll use this data along with Core Values Index™ assessment scores for all current representatives, to develop a Top Performer Profile™ (TPP™) for the position. The TPP™ will be sufficient to illustrate that there is a definite pattern in the data which identifies Future Top Performers in the job. We will provide a facilitated-process with the help of client’s input to formulate the TPP™.

Strategic Hiring Program and Functional Description

In addition, we will prescribe the strategic hiring program, facilitate job-process refinement, including tasks and contributions associated with the position. We will support all data collection, analyzing and reporting relative to the Core Values Index™ (CVI™).

Recruiting Assistance

Also, we will provide a key values word list and assistance in writing appropriate and effective advertisements for recruitment, including the placement of CVI™ access on Internet sites that Client may specify after our consultation which may be sources for future successful candidates. We will provide assistance with the interview process, refinement of recruiting ads, and any coaching support that is needed, until client is sufficiently trained to continue without this direct support.

The Core Values Index™

The Core Values Index™ (CVI™) is a revolutionary human assessment that provides a description of the innate, unchanging nature of an individual, which is different from personality and behavioral based assessments. This unique instrument takes ten minutes or less to complete, and provides a highly accurate and reliable picture of the core motivational drivers of any person, with an instant report, online.
