In 2003, Noel founded and launched VAST Management Corp. which provides a number of consulting services to include program/project management, business process improvement, and project management organizational development. In an effort to focus more attention on human capital development, VAST expanded its portfolio of services to include executive and business coaching support through its partnership with Taylor Protocols. With an eye on innovation, Noel recently launched the exploration of a new entrepreneurial endeavor called Virtual Speed Networking. Pending the discovery of a sustainable and scalable business model, Noel plans to launch this endeavor as a new start-up venture.
During Noel’s professional tenure, he has managed numerous large-scale, multimillion dollar, global initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, as well as a number of small businesses. He has deployed a broad range of technologies to include voice, data, wireless, and information security systems; led the development and implementation of web/business applications; managed organizational IT security/compliance programs; launched and directed various Project Management Offices; and re-engineered business processes to improve organizational efficiency.
Noel is a graduate of the International Coaching Academy, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and member of the International Coaching Federation. Leveraging years of experience and extensive training, he has helped individuals and groups maximize their capabilities through coaching support. He is also committed to the success of nonprofit organizations and serves as a pro-bono Account Director for The Taproot Foundation and Advisory Board Member for The Camden Dream Center Technology Training School.
He earned an undergraduate degree from Excelsior College, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Capella University, and holds numerous well-respected professional certifications to include PMI’s PMP and ISC2’s CISSP.
